UMÀ is above all the story of its two founders, Paul and Simon, who set out to reinvent the range of non-alcoholic drinks. In 2014, Paul & Simon took on the challenge of creating their own recipes. More subtle, healthier, (at least) as good. They spend entire days mixing unexpected ingredients: borage flowers and orange peel, kola nuts and kaffir lime leaves, lemon juice, bubbles, large and small.
